Election 2008-History Has Been Made

Yesterday, I exercised my right as an American to vote for the next President of the United States. It was such a powerful feeling to drop my ballot into the box. Thank you to all of the men and women who have fought over the years and continue to fight so that I, and millions of others, may have that freedom.

Congratulations to Senator John McCain for running a great campaign and continuing to put his country first. Thank you for all you have done for us and for continually serving our nation, you are a true American hero.


Congratulations to our new President-elect Barack Obama, his staff, and family. He has truly made history and what a proud day to be an American. He and his campaign ran one of the best and most flawless campaigns in history and have inspired and given hope to millions. As our new President, we pray for you and the success of your administration and the progress of this beautiful country. After a hard fought campaign, I hope we can put aside our 'D', 'R', or 'I' and stand behind our new President in hopes for a successful future.
