Tonight I made my first official appearance as Miss Fallen Timbers! I was invited by my friend Amanda to come and speak to Sigma Kappa sorority at BGSU about my story, my platform, some pageant stereotypes, and the Miss America Scholarship Program! Amanda recently wrote a really wonderful article about my experiences at Miss National Sweetheart and as a titleholder in the BGNews and we have run into each other almost everyday since! After the interview and the story she asked me to come and tell my story to her Sigma Kappa sisters. I was so excited to go and speak to another great group of Greek women on campus and had a really fun time! The ladies were so attentive and fantastic and had some awesome questions for me too!
